Emergency Maintenance Issues (e.g. leaking water, no heat, power outage)
Weekdays 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., call Facilities Operations at 610-330-5373.
After 4:00 p.m. and on weekends, call Public Safety at 610-330-5330.
Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests:
- When requesting routine maintenance or work associated with an approved College project, submit a work order via the FAMIS 360.
- Lafayette College credentials (NetID/password) are required to access FAMIS 360.
- To expedite your Work Order processing, be sure to include an appropriate account number to bill for time and material fees related to your request.
- Routine Maintenance Work Orders will not be charged.
Note: Do not submit Work Order requests for the room or building renovations or the purchase of equipment. Such requests are considered project requests and can be submitted by completing a Project Request.
