Students residing in non-air-conditioned halls are not permitted to bring their own air-conditioner unit to campus.

Exception for Students With Documented and Approved Medical Need or Disability

Students with a documented medical need or disability may be approved for a College-supplied air conditioning unit by filing the Air Conditioning Request Form with the Bailey Health Center.

If approved, the student will be directed to Facilities Operations to complete the process.

Students who receive an air conditioning unit as an accommodation for an approved medical condition or disability will not be charged a fee for installing or using these College-supplied units.

Only Facilities Operations Staff is permitted to install AC units in college-owned properties.
